Alan R. Steinberg, CPA, joined the firm in 1980 and became a Shareholder in 1991. As part of his strategic succession plan Alan is transitioning to a Principal at Gordon Advisors in 2020. Specializing in taxation, Mr. Steinberg has expertise in such areas as partnership taxation, real estate accounting, IRS audit representation and auditing of HUD-assisted developments.

Alan is a graduate of the University of Michigan – Dearborn, holding a bachelor of science degree in business administration with an accounting major. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is currently also a board member of the Almont, Imlay City, Capac Kiwanis.
