Kevin E. Klein, CPA, M.S.F., is a Shareholder of Gordon Advisors. Kevin joined the firm in 1995, at which time he headed the firm’s Non-Profit and Governmental Division. He has forty years of experience providing audit, tax, and consulting services in non-profit and governmental areas, as well as for-profit industries including real estate management and development. His specialized expertise includes syndicated real estate partnerships, low-income housing tax credit projects, federal and state historic credits, brownfield credits, single audits, and HUD and MSHDA audits.

Mr. Klein received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University in 1985 and a Master of Science in Finance with High Distinction from Walsh College in 1993. Mr. Klein is licensed in Michigan and Texas. He is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has been active with the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Kiwanis Clubs, and Trinity Lutheran Church.
